FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about Supload.

What cloud storage does Supload support?
Google Drive, Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive are all supported. Connect all three to one Supload account, set a default, and switch between them.
What happens to my photos after uploading?
Once your photos and videos are safely uploaded to your cloud storage, they are no longer in Supload, but the cloud hyperlink or share details can be viewed within your Supload Library. Your content lives in your cloud account. Supload is the bridge, not the destination.
Will Supload content take up my phone storage?
Temporarily, yes. Photos and videos are stored in your Supload app until they are uploaded. Once they are safely in the cloud, they are removed from your device. Your personal camera roll is never touched.
How is Supload different from my regular camera app?
Your default camera saves everything to one camera roll. Work photos end up next to vacation pictures. Supload is purpose-built for work: it has all the core capabilities of a standard camera app (4K, zoom, night mode, video recording) plus helpful extras like a built-in flashlight and text copy from images. Capture, organize into project groups, and upload directly to cloud storage. One app replaces the Camera, Photos, and Google Drive juggle.
Can I add photos from my existing camera roll?
Absolutely. You can import photos from your phone gallery and organize them into groups just like any other capture. You can even have Supload delete imported photos from your camera roll for you, keeping your personal gallery clean.
Is my content private and secure?
Your photos and videos go directly from your device to your own cloud storage account. Supload never sees, stores, or processes your media on our servers. All image processing happens on-device. We use no advertising trackers and no cross-site or cross-app tracking. No Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics, no data selling. That is our policy, and any change to it goes through the notice process in our Privacy Policy. Website measurement is cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no device identifiers.
Does Supload track my location?
Only if you opt in. GPS tagging is entirely optional and requires your explicit iOS permission. When enabled, the location is saved to a private on-device file that powers the in-app map. To show a readable place name, the App sends each capture spot's coordinates to Apple's geocoding service on your device; Supload never receives them. It is never written into your photos or sent to our servers. Helpful for job sites, inspections, and field documentation. You can disable it anytime.
What about pricing?
Pricing is set: Pro for solo professionals is $4.99/mo ($49.99/yr) in the App Store, or $4/mo ($40/yr) billed on our website. Enterprise is $20/mo ($200/yr) for teams, 4 seats included, $10/mo per additional seat, with a 28-day free trial. A free tier is available for individuals. Does Supload work offline?
Yes. When offline mode is enabled, Supload saves your entire cloud folder structure within the app and updates it regularly. So even at a remote job site without internet, you can still navigate folders and queue uploads. Once back online, everything uploads automatically.
How do I connect or reconnect my cloud storage account?
Open Supload, go to Settings, then Cloud Storage. Tap Google Drive or Dropbox to connect or reconnect. If uploads are failing, reconnecting your account usually resolves the issue.
My uploads are stuck or failing. What should I do?
First, check your internet connection and that you have available space in your cloud storage account. Try reconnecting your cloud account from Settings. If the problem continues, email us at [email protected] with details and we will help you sort it out.
How do I delete my Supload account?
Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This removes your Supload account and any pending uploads. Files already uploaded to your cloud storage remain in your cloud account. You can also email [email protected] to request account deletion.
